1) Layout Builder

Layout Builder offers a visual design tool for the following use cases:-

Layouts for content. The creation of "layout templates" that will be used to layout all instances of a specific content type (e.g. blog posts, product pages). Replaces the default "Manage display" feature for determining what fields, and what field formatters, are shown, with a more powerful tool that can also place blocks in addition to fields.
Customizations to templated layouts. The ability to override these layout templates on a case-by-case basis (e.g. the ability to override the layout of a standardized product page for one specific product).

The Layout Builder provides the ability to drag and drop site-wide blocks and content fields into regions within a given layout. Additionally, custom "inline" blocks can be created for one-off details specific to a given layout.

Very useful module and must enable. There a plenty other contribute modules to extent the Layout Builder functionality.

Contributes modules to extent the Layout Builder functionality:-

Layout Builder Style - This module allow site builders to select from a list of styles to apply to layout builder blocks and layout builder sections.
Layout Builder Restrictions - This module provides a configurable UI for restricting blocks and layouts. Sites can allow all options from a certain provider, or restrict all options by provider, or specify individual allowed blocks & layouts.
Layout Builder Modal - This module lets you add and configure existing blocks in a modal in the Layout Builder UI.
Layout Builder Component Attributes - The Layout Builder Component Attributes module allows editors to add HTML attributes to Layout Builder components (blocks). Attributes can be added to 1) the block (outer) element, 2) the block title, and 3) the block content (inner) element.
Layout Builder Library - Provides a layout library allowing content editors to pick from a list of pre-defined layouts.
