Module for menu

Module for menu

This modules for Drupal 10

Menu Firstchild

By default, Drupal requires that you enter a path for each menu link you add/edit from the Menu administration page. There are cases you may want to create a parent item, without any path, that simply links to its first viewable child item. Menu Firstchild provides this functionality.

Instructions
Install the module like any other module.
Navigate to admin/structure/menu and choose the menu you want to customize.
Add a new menu link or edit an existing link then enter <firstchild> as the link path to turn it into a parent item linking to its first accessible child.

Menu Item Extras

Menu Item Extras provides extra fields for the Menu Items without using additional entities. This module is NOT an alternative of all Mega Menu modules - it is unique implementation of Drupal core’s Menu system. All fields are placed upon the Menu Item edit/add form and use core Menu link content entity for storing all data.

Simple Menu Icons

This module allows you to upload an image in the menu-item's configuration form.

After uploading the image, the icon data will be added to the menu link's
options array.

Nodeaccess

Nodeaccess is a Drupal access control module which provides view, edit and delete access to nodes. Users with the 'grant node permissions' permission will have a grant tab on node pages which allows them to grant access to that node by user or role. Administrators can set default access controls per content type, and also define which roles are available to grant permissions to on the node grants tab.

The upshot is, this module allows you to do things like 'node 123 can be viewed by authenticated users and edited by admin users and joeuser'. As an added bonus, update and delete permissions are separated, so you can make sure users with edit permissions cannot accidentally delete pages

Personal Access Restriction.

Personal Access Restriction module provides the ability to restrict access to a particular Node or Taxonomy Term by UID or User role.
Also, it provides the ability to select the type of response ("Access denied" or "Page not found").

Menu Item Role Access

Why would you need this module?
There are times when you need to restrict the items users see without having completely separate menus. Enter Menu Item Role Access, this module allows you to control access to specific menu items.

What Menu Item Role Access does
This module adds an optional role field to menu items which lists all of the available roles. A user who has access to edit menu items will then be able to select the roles which have access to see this menu item.

What Menu Item Role Access doesn't do
This module will only allow you to add role access to menu items that are menu_link_content entities. Any system generated links should be controlled by permissions.

Taxonomy Menu UI

Easy way to create menu items for Taxonomy terms
This module provides to create menu items on a Taxonomy term page in Drupal 9/10. This functionality is similar to creating menu items for nodes. This module enables the "Available Menus" options on the Taxonomy vocabulary page. Then on the Taxonomy term add/edit form you can set the menu item for that term, just as you can do on the node add/edit form.
See screenshots.

Usage
Configurable per Taxonomy vocabulary on the "Menu Settings" tab, editing your available menus and default parent item.
Configurable per Taxonomy term on the "Menu Settings" tab, editing your menu link title, parent item, and weight.
The functionality is similar to the "Menu Settings" tab for node

Rest menu items

This module provides a REST endpoint to retrieve menu items based on the menu name.

When enabled the REST endpoint "/api/menu_items/{menu_name}" becomes available. When calling this url and adding the menu name to the url, for instance "/api/menu_items/main" you will get a full menu tree of that menu.

If you add a query parameter like "?max_depth=1" or "?min_depth=2" you are able to determine what levels in the menu tree you would like to output into the webservice.

Menu Block

Easy Breadcrumb

The Easy Breadcrumb module updates the core Breadcrumb block to include the current page title in the breadcrumb. The module also comes with additional settings that are common features needed in breadcrumbs.

Breadcrumbs use the current URL (path alias) and the current page title to build the crumbs. The module is designed to work out of the box with no adjustments, and it comes with settings to customize the crumbs
